Chad was born on December 1, 1940 and passed away on Monday, August 7, 2017.

Chad was a resident of Hamer, Idaho at the time of passing.

He attended schools in Jerome graduating from Jerome High School.

He served a mission for the LDS Church to the Northern Indian Mission in Montana, and served in the U.S. Army from 1963 until 1965.

Funeral services will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Terreton LDS Stake Center. Burial will be in the West Jefferson Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to assist with funeral costs.
